My embroidery machine isn't appearing for Wi-Fi transfer

Make sure your iPad and the machine are on the same Wi-Fi network, and that local network access is enabled for Bobbin under Settings → Privacy & Security → Local Network. The first time you tap "Send to Machine," iOS will prompt you to grant local network access — if you tapped "Don't Allow," you'll need to re-enable it from the Settings app.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Bobbin subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID, not through us. Open the iOS Settings app, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions → Bobbin → Cancel Subscription. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

How do I delete my account?

Open Bobbin and go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. We'll remove your account and all associated data from our servers within 30 days. If you hit an error or need to delete your account from outside the app, email support@bobbinapp.com from the address associated with your account and we'll process the deletion manually.

I bought a subscription and Bobbin still says I'm on the free tier

Open Bobbin and go to Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases. This re-syncs your purchase from Apple's servers and should grant access within a few seconds. If it still doesn't work, email us with your Apple ID order receipt and we'll investigate.

How do I import a design or font I already own?

Tap the import button in the library, then choose the file from Files, Photos, or iCloud Drive. Bobbin supports PES, DST, EXP, JEF, and most common embroidery formats. For fonts, we support BX (Embrilliance), BBF (Bobbin's own format), and TTF/OTF (which Bobbin will digitize for you).
